How are contractors ranked?
Rankings combine verified ratings, review volume, and how clearly a builder documents their services. Paid placement does not decide order — performance signals do.
Do I have to fill out a form to get quotes?
No. When a profile lists a phone or email, you reach the business directly. That keeps the conversation between you and the contractor.
How do I get my business listed?
Profile claiming is coming in a future release. For now, use the contact page and tell us about your business, trade, and service area so we can consider adding a profile.
Are all builders licensed and insured?
Licensing and insurance rules vary by state and trade. Always confirm current credentials directly with a contractor before signing a contract or starting work.
